Role & Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand VIRTUELE’s customer base.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine sales and marketing approaches.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and marketing, with a proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of construction technology, BIM, or cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams, drive large enterprise deals, and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand strategy in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and data-driven sales methodologies.
